Raspberry pi 3B+ Venus storage data

Hello

How does the data is store when the Raspberry does not have wifi or Ethernet

Here is my Setup

Victron Image = 2.33

Raspberry 3 B+

Window PC

Everything works when connected

The data is stored on the sdcard or on a usb drive if connected.

Small thing you can create a hotspot on your mobile phone and connect your rpi to your hotspot.

Activate your rpi at the vrm portal

Then data will be send to the vrm portal and you can see it thru the internet

Now every time your rpi finds your hotspot

Data is send & updated at the vrm portal

Hello

i have plug an USB drive to the Raspberry, i left the Raspberry running without any internet connection (wifi or ethernet)

no data was store on the USB drive duribng that period...

Any setting that has to be done to have the data store during a none Ethernet-wifi connection?

Hello

i did a re-format of the USB... now i could see data store

but it does not upload automaticaly

if i upload it manually it is working

Is there some specific setting to make the upload automaticaly when the rpi re-connect to the hotspot?

My issue was related on how to removed the USB... if i eject it from the Remote Console it is not working but if i just shut down the Raspberry,,, then remove the USB...and upload it manually i have my data

i wish it would uploaded it automaticaly ...
