multiplus inverter tripped when ac power cut happens.

good morning

i was connected 2.5kWh lithium battery with 3kVA multiplus inverter when ever there is a power cut the battery getting tripped and inverter shows low battery and entire system off.here i was attached the battery voltage details and ve bus warning shows that High DC Ripple is that a reason for shutdown.

Hi @kaarthik

You can see by the voltage / current graph, that your battery is not connected, this can be either a wiring issue / broken fuse, or your battery has a built in disonnect.

What brand / type of batteries are you using?
