multiplus and grid problem

hello guys i have a problem with my multiplus 2 when i have the grid on and i give a load the multiplus supply me the power from the batteries for 15 seconds and then it will supply from the grid how can i solve this problem i need directly the supply from the grid

Please document your installation, how it is wired etc. Configuration of the inverter, GX etc.

It is very difficult to help when you have no information.

@tabet what are you using to measure the grid load? The CT sensor on the Multiplus2, a external CT sensor or a grid meter like an ET112?

It depends where you are located, because in some countries the GRID is not very stable and the Multiplus need time to sync with it.

yes i have a 70kva generator its very stable
