Is there any way or assitant available , grid supply only for charging the battery and inverter will give 230Volt output instead of reflecting the Grid supply voltage.

On the inverter chargers the same wiring is used for ac power in as for ac power out and the same electronics are used for charging and inverting so you either have charging or inverting, you can not have both happening at the same time.
For this you would need a separate stand alone charger.
