ESS Multiplus II GX can one program a "charge only mode", according to a time slot or a relay

As far as I know, it is not possible to adjust the behaviour of that switch.

Default behaviour is described here.

an operation loads the day excess production and discharges the night

I did a test with this function ESS but did not work

The feature you have illustrated enables charging (from the grid) to be scheduled.
