Node-RED, use of a dropdown menu

I want to change this, red arrow, fixed value to a drop down menu (dashboard) with a couple of selectables, but I'm staring myself blind on how... ;)

Hopefully someone can send me in the right direction ;)

Hi, not sure if I get your question right, but if you have installed "dashboard" or "dashboard2" the icon should literally state "dropdown" (see pics attached).

You can set the required states within that node then.

Got it up and running, now... With a, function :D

Flow isn't ready yet, best testing went fine...
