I have a weird issue ( for me !)
I just installed my Multi RS in an isolated site (very unreliable mains).
When disconnected from grid everything works fine.
When connected to the grid an error #43 is issued.
Tested resitance to the ground (OK) and previously no issue was evidenton the home electrical circuit.
I know that you cannot fix/give answer for specific situation buy is there anywhere genral ( or more specific) advice to approach the problem ?

Maybe I am saying a stupid thing but I suppose you've checked if the live and neutral are properly connected to the input of the Multi RS, right?
Meaning live to be connected to live input and neutral to neutral, without the possibility to be reversed somewhere.

Goong to add on here, resistance to ground wont be the issue.
Either L and N are swapped as suggested,
Or there is voltage between neutral and ground. So poor bonding there.
The two reasons are stated in the manual.

None of the sugestions were good.
The issues resolves itself. working perfectly now ( meanwhile it started raining but I do not think there is a link)
