MultiPlus II 48/3000 will not start up

I am working with a installation and have tried to do the first start up. 52 volts in batteries. Nothing happens. All leds are black.

Suggestions?

Put a probe on the DC input terminals. What does it say?

Okay, that sounds good. Can you describe every wire that is connected to the inverter? Photos would be even better.
