Hi,
I have scheduled charging set to charge my batteries to take advantage of cheap night time energy. Is this still necessary as i have now also enabled dynamic ESS. In other words will dynamic ESS take over and do the same as it thinks fit if i disable the scheduled charging.

In theory, that's what Dynamic ESS should do.
In Practice? It's not working at all :P
Tested it for about a week, major outcome was the battery idling around, grid charging one hour when prices were cheap, ignoring available solar input, ignoring discharge-to-load when grid is expensive but no solar, Grid charging in the early morning, when 90 kWh Solar-Production are predicted...
Not yet production ready i'd say.
