Firstly I’d like to say I love the new Dynamic ESS feature, thanks Victron!
I’m in the UK and my night-rate power changes over at half-past the hour, whereas the Dynamic ESS settings only allow me to specify rate changes to the nearest hour.
I’d love to see the facility to set to the nearest half-hour at least.

I'm not quite sure if Victron are still using GitHub as their bug report mechanism now that it's been released.

So I think it's fair to say that they are aware of the issue.
