Is it possible to charge the Lithium Leisure battery and the starter battery with this and if so how would i change the charging requirements.

You cannot charge with two different profiles at the same time, as the outputs are non-isolated. Assuming your start battery and your leisure bank share a common negative return path (ie, chassis ground), then I'd suggest just setting the charger to a Lithium profile suitable for your leisure bank. Your starter battery should only be needing a bare trickle in any case, it will take a lithium charge profile just fine.
