Mixed Voltage

Hi Guys I have just bought a BVM712 to go into my Motorhome Battery bank 1 is 12 Volt Primary House bank, And Batteries number 2 are 24 volt truck batteries, Question is can I just hookup the Positive battery lead only as No. 2 on the shunt just to read the Volts ?

Hi Deb. If you're talking the START Auxiliary function, then yes.

The BMV manual should make great bedtime reading too. For best results, become familiar with it.
