System is shutting down, even when battery is at 85%

Got a multiplus II and a smartshunt 500.

Battery voltage and power are still high/full when the system turns off.

Battery floor is set to 40%

Any advice on how to start troubleshooting?

Inverter settings?

Battery type, voltage and capacity?

Voltage when system shuts down?

Lights on inverter illuminated when systems shut down?

Circumstances when system shuts down?

Any heavy loads on the system?
