Orion 12/24-20 No Output Voltage

I'm trying to use an Orion 12/24-20A dc/dc converter to charge a jackery from car battery (alternator). I've run 6 gauge wire from car battery/ground through a 45A circuit breaker to the input on the converter. I'm reading 12-14v at the input of the converter, but not reading any output voltage at the converter. I've run 10 gauge wire from output of the converter to the Jackery, but it is not recognizing any voltage either.

I thought the converter was bad, so I returned it and ordered replacement, but am running into the same issue with second unit.

I have not hooked anything (switch) up to the green connector and am just using the black jumper wire on the connector.

Any ideas why I wouldn't see any output voltage?

Is the bridge installed on the LH pins? Probably a green connector with a loop of black wire.

Yes the bridge is installed. I did not remove the loop of black wire in the green connector.
