VEbus error 3 not all devices found

VEbus error 3 not all devices found

Random complete loss of power, for under 10 seconds, can see error warnings however the drops do not show up on telemetry, changed all inverter settings, changed the inverters, all RJ45 tested and replaced, still having same issue, causing servers to drop out and have to be rebooted.

More information on your system please.

Servers should be on certified UPS in any case. The switch over on a Victron is not fast enough for that.

Currently running a hybrid set up, 3 phase system , electric pod runs in tandem with diesel generator , error code last less than 10sec, the error almost seems as if the RJ45 cable is being removed and plugged back in again however there is nobody on site.

Is it possible one inverter is losing power switching off and on again? That is a more likely scenario.

What inverters do you have?

Confirm you have a central shared bank?

The ve bus error manual has other suggestions.

Potentially could be the inverters turning off, we are still investigating the issue, the set up is 3x15KW 48V inverters, connected to 20x batteries.
