Hello, I've read your previous post about contacting the supplier of the equipment. I'm finding that very difficult as I purchased through Amazon. I do have the serial number, but cannot locate the PUK. Is there a separate sticker I'm missing?

Multiplus PUK
A MultiPlus don't have Bluetooth and no PUK.
As far as I know Amazon doesn't sell Victron directly it's always another seller and you should see who that was in your order history.
