48/3000 multiplus-2 GX wont provide power

48/32 multiplus-2 GX, Won't provide power when there is no PV (battery is 98% charged). I have installed a ESS assistant, it charges as soon as I turn it on. Its set to send PV power when present, any surplus is to go to the Battery, any surplus is then exported to the grid. When there is no PV the battery should provide power. PV inverter is in parallel with the grid and Multiplus-2, can anyone suggest what I could check?

do you have anything connected on ac aout on the multiplus that you want to power from battery?

or do you want the multiplus feed battery power to the grid?


maybe you can upload a drawing of your system/connections?
