We are cruising in remove Raja Ampat in Indonesia and there are no electronics experts and no way to get parts. Our Phoenix 12/50 battery charger has stopped working. Some smoke came out and it stopped sending power to the batteries. There are some burnt resisters in it. I have measured across them and it's about 0.7 ohms so I guess they are still working? Also, these resisters have clearly been replaced some years ago by the previous owner of this charger. I desperately need some advice on how to fix it. A circuit diagram would also be a big help.
