Multiplus-II Serial Number not showing

Hi, for some reason the Multiplus-II Serial Number is not showing, any clues why?

Look under devices list section not under firmware update section.

I think the OP's point is that on this firmware updates page, all the other devices show their serial numbers, so why can't the Multiplus show there as well ?

I know the device list page does show the Multiplus serial number, so why not this page ? This has actually been like this for a long time ...

It may have been intentional for an update, as it is not necessarily updating a single inverter, it could be doing a parallel set, or a 3-phase system, which would not have just one serial number, which is why those details are all on the device info page,

Gotcha, but it would be nicer if it just didn't say "Unknown", which kind of sounds like an error.

Yeah. In a three phase system under devices all the numbers are there.
