Mixed Blue Solar MPPT 150/70 and 150/85 VE.CAN

Hello,

my customer have 2x Bluesolar 150/85 and 1 x Bluesolar 150/70. This charge controllers are connected in one string to Color Control. (One VE Can is used)

In VRM I see only one charge controler 150/70, on Color Control is error 66.

Should I connect 150/70 to one VE Can port, and 2 x 150/85 to second VE Can port?

This instalation products very little energy.

Maybe changeing the order in which they are chained help?

e.g.

ColorControl -> 150/85 -> 150/85 -> 150/70 -> CAN-Terminator

Hello, these two are from the same family (so with the middle display?)

Then they become when connected on the same CAN bus as they have the same adress (instance). In the device list you will see two units, on the overview they are shown as one.

If the MPPT are from different family (so the "display "like models are mixed with "non-display"models) there can be CAN conflicts. Then there needs to be choosen which you want to read out and which not, as they cannot work together on the same CANbus
