Not reaching Absorption Voltage - Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-Volt 30 Non-isolated

Hello
Why suddenly the absorption voltage is not reached anymore. (14.6 V)
Seems like it is bnot boosting the voltage up anymore from the alternator.
It was reached before.
Any ideas? Or do i get something totaly wrong?
Attached Screenshots of the sitation and the settings.

Setup: Car 1998 (non inteligent alternator), Second battery 50Ah with charging voltage of 14.6.

Thank you very much.

Voltage drop in wiring? And is that battery even capable of handling 30A? thats over 0.5C and for many batteries not recommended. On such a small secondary battery I would opt for the 18A charger.

Thanlk you for answering. Wiring is good. 16mm and shorter than 1 meter.
Batterys "Maximum Continuous Charge Current" 40 A. So that should be fine too.

What current is passing through the battery when the Orion is running. Is it continuously adding 30A through the battery and not reaching 14.6V there may be a short in the battery, check the battery is not overheating, the battery will need replacing.

Thank you. Unfortunately i don't know how to measure if continuously 30A is added.

Battery is brand new.
Will check for overheating when running for a while.
But i guess the BMS would react when overerheating would happen.
