Generator not delivering to Quattros

Hi all

got a 3 phase 7KW generator on AC1 of my Quattro II's.
When the generator is running, the grid input is switched of, and the installation gets the power from the battery. I see the quattros realize that there is AC from the generator, but they don't synchronize and axxept it.
- any advice ?

Are the voltage and frequency of the generator's output within the correct range to match the settings in your Quattros? Are the Quattros set to "Ignore AC in?".

Switch off the LOM in your Grid settings.

This should help accepting the Genset.
