probleme avec mon multiplus 2

bonjour , lorsque que je connecte mon ordinateur sur le MK3 et que j'ouvre le logiciel VE Configure 3 mon Multiplus 2 48/5000 70 se coupe et je suis obligé de débranche le câble USB du MK3 pour que le Multiplus redémarre . avez vous une idée du Problème ?

Peut être devriez vous envisager de passer par la VRM pour attaquer le VE Config.
