Multi SOC floats at 69% with AC Coupled Fronius

Hi,

The site is off grid. 5kva Multi0, 5.0 Fronius, 600 A/H Lead carbon batteries c10, CCGX on VRM, running for 40 days. All firmware updated onsite to the latest during commission, including Fronius fro290 to stop the flicker issue.

AC- coupled sytem

no BMV battery monitor (not required)

The fronius frequency ramping is stopping the charge process and floating at 69%

Reading the possible causes- the suggestion is to increase the absorb voltage by 1 v ?

How does user/installer alter absorb voltage with Fronius?

thank you

Fronius

The absorption voltage settings are determined by the Multiplus with VEConfigure.

Can you also confirm you:

  • Have the firmware 4.31 on the Multi.
  • Have AC solar assistants installed and they are up to date
