Hello, just installed a system with multiplus 2 , mppt rs 450 , cergi gx , lynx distribuitor and 1 pylontech us5000 battery .
On the default settings everyting works well, after i install ESS thru remote veconfig, ac in ( grid) is not working anymore i can hear 3 bumps when multiplus starts than ac in disconnects .

With the little information you are giving, it looks like the multiplus is doing the anti-islanding test and for some reason it fails. And therefore it will not connect to the grid.
First of all make sure that the latest firmware is installed.
Then mesure if there is power on the grid and check the polarity. Neutral on N, Earth on PE and Fase on L.
if it does not work, please give us more information, like a screenshot, on your multiplus setting.
