Ultrasonic noise in MP2

Has anyone else noticed that the MP2 (3000W 12V) drives their dog nuts? I used my phone as an ultrasonic detector, and the unit appears to emit a lot of 20kHz audio (which I cannot hear) when charging or inverting. Anyone else noticed this? Anyone have a fix?

Probably the chopping frequency for the output FETs so integral to the operation of the unit. Not much you can do about it I fear, maybe at 20kHz some damping material inside the case might be effective.
