I have 2 x 140ah Giant Lithium batteries and a Victron Smart Solar MPPT 100/ 30 updated to latest firmware and tried to select Giant Lithium presetting. It gave an error code 3 times and won't set anything then. Have then done factory preset reset each time required in error message disconnected battery and re-tried each time. Is there a problem with this preset? Does it only work with 1 battery? I have 2 batteries connected in parallel and connected the 100/30 to the busbars no good and directly to batteries no good.
