Orion XS 12/12-50 instant readout showing status “unknown”

When engine first started Instant readout initially shows status Bulk which quickly (after a few seconds) changes to unknown. All the other values are correct. It stays like this until the XS goes into absorption. It then correctly shows status. The device status page always show correct status.

Firmware is 1.02.

Is this a bug?

Can you tell me what status do you see in the device page status when the instant readout shows "Unknown"?

Thanks. Device page status shows correct status of Bulk when instant readout shows unknown. Instant readout appears to work correctly for all other statuses.

But I should point out I have only just installed it and it has only been operated 4 times
