Where is the system getting a low battery alarm

I have a Multiplus 12/3000/120, BMV712, Cerbo and GX50. Also 4 MPPT solar controllers. I beleive I have the BMV712 set up as the battery monitor. It has a low battery alarm at 11.7v. The voltage does read a little lower at the Multiplus than the BMV712 but only .1v. I don’t know why I am regularly tripping low voltage alarms. Any suggestions?
