12V system: Connecting two Victron charge controllers, two battery banks, one inverter

I may be asking something that cannot be answered here but would appreciate redirecting me, including to paid consultants.

I need a safe/correct setup with diagram to connect the following:

4 250 watt solar panels yielding approx 200watt / panel

2 100/30 Victron mppt charge controllers

up to 6 AGM 12V deep cell sealed batteries

1 Giandel pure sine wave 3000/6000 inverter

1 IOTA DLS 30 battery charger

1 50A controller automatic transfer switch that automatically transfers between battery and grid power based on high/low volt threshold settings.

How do I incorporate all this with one inverter?

Otherwise, must I set up two completely separate systems? want to avoid to minimize cost if poss.

I assume i need more components...what do you i need?

here's a link to the transfer switch on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F12RDZ2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

thank you all for you help here :)
