Charging both AGM and Lifepo with Phoenix Smart charger

Can I program the Phoenix Smart charger with three different charging profiles for the three outputs?

One output for Lifepo, and the other two for AGM?

No, the same voltage is applied to all batteries. However, if the Voltage requirements are not too dissimilar, you can use the lowest of the voltages for programming the set points. Generally this is possible for 12V systems, but not so much with higher voltage systems.
