12/24-20 (non-isolated) 2 Units Wired in parallel

I am currently using a Victron 12/24 non isolated dc-dc converter in my Toyota Tacoma I have it set at maximum voltage and have it connected to the MPPT solar input of a Bluetti AC 200 Max. I am running 6 AWG from the AGM start battery to the Victron in the bed of the truck. (10 Foot Run) I have a 50 amp in line fuse 12 inches from the starter battery.

This configuration nets 410 watts of power into the solar input of the Bluetti. Fantastic.I could not be happier with the results.

I would like to purchase a 2nd unit and run it in parallel to double the amperage but I am unsure how to wire in parallel.

How should the two units be wired together?

Should I feed them seperately from a busbar?

Can I run both units from the single 6 Gauge wire run currently in place?

Many thanks.

There's another question you need to answer first. Can your alternator handle the load? Your existing Orion will be drawing over 40A.

Rule of thumb is to keep total alternator load to 50% of its rated output to avoid burning it out. This includes lights, engine management...

I'm assuming you have already checked that the bluetti is rated for 40A input.
