MPPT Control: Mystery Wire Inputs

I have added a MPPT Control to a solar charger and it has three inputs in the back. One is the VE plug, the second is a phone jack style power input for older MPPT units and the third is a pair of wire inputs much like relay ports for other Victron products. What are the two wire jacks for on the back of MPPT Control unit? Not the VE plug or phone jack like power input, but the two wire slots in the green area with orange disconnects. Looks like the Victron relay or temp input plug.

The MPPT Control uses the same chassis as the BMV-700 battery monitor; those two ports are where the relay connection would be on the BMV, but they're not used on the MPPT Control.
