Quattro + Multiplus to generate split phase of 6000VA possible ?

I have a Quattro 48v/3000VA and can I add a Multiplus 48/3000VA to create a 240V split phase of 6000VA total to charge an EV. I know a second Quattro can do it but how about a mix-match pair?
