Mppt not connected to network

Hello

I have 3 mppt 100/50, 1 BMV 712 smart and 1 color control.

I create a VE smart network called bato

2 of connect and see the battery sense and the BMV but the third one impossible

It says awaiting for information

And also ask me to add a BMV or a smart battery!!! Both are there !

And it see the network bato

MPPT Smartsolar, or Bluesolar+BT dongle?

BMV712 and a SmartBatterySense?

Both of those ^ can create a network for a mppt to connect to.
