Temperature thresholds for Multiplus inverters?

I have a 3 phase system of 3 x 48/5000 multis.

Does anyone KNOW at what temperature the temp warning LED starts flashing, and at what temperature the inverter will shut down?

Manual says operating temperature is to 65C, is this ambient, case or internal (heatsink) temperature?
