MPII 5000W showing 66.4V

Hello,

I have a Multiplus II 5000W 48V that shows a battery voltage of 66.4V. The firmware is up to date, version 507.

It is connected to a 48V 500Ah bat bank. The bank voltage is measuring 51.8V. The reading on the MP II is stuck at 66.4V.

Is there some way of resetting this or resolving this issue?

It is a DC bus voltage that is measured.

Does it do this with no load, no charge and no solar etc? If it does just switched and doing nothing then take it back for a warranty check

Yes, no AC Out and AC In are connected. Just a battery bank used for setup tests is hooked up for programming the inverter set-points before it is dispatched for installation.

If that is the case then well process the E-RMA.
