Yours is from HQ19 so from 2019.
You are not likely to get compatible ones now. Most suppliers would have moved all of that stock long ago.
You would be better off starting with all new units and selling that one unit off.
The important detail is the product ID, you can find that in the device list in the VRM Portal.
That ID must match with all units. You should contact your local Victron dealer.
