Is it possible to modify parameters on a SmartSolar 75/15 without connecting to a PV and battery?

I will use the SmartSolar on a mountain cabin where I have very poor access to Internet. Could I (pre)-implement the parameters (use for charging LiFePO4 battery) "at home" e.g. by connecting to a suitable 12 V DC source or similar and to my Mac (via bluetooth)?

Yes, this works. You can use a power supply or a battery to power the MPPT and configure with Victron Connect.
