BMV712 at 100% after reconnexion

Hi,
I think I have a strange behavior in my installation.
When I reconnect the batteries to the system after a stop when I have no usage, the BMV (and the Cerbo connected to it) go back to annouce 100% of battery charge, even if when I shut down it was below that (for example 90%).
When the system is shut down, the BMV is still connected to the batteries and it is working (it is connected to the battery + and the shunt). Battery voltage is between 26V and 27.4V.

I have also almost the same behavior when a charge is occuring : the battery level goes up immediately to 100%.
Any idea where the mistake is? Configuration of the BMV?

Recently, I think I saw the BMV remaining to below 100%, but the battery level was quite low (below 50%, as the voltage was near 25V.

For information, link to the drawing of the installation (sorry, it is a French forum) viewtopic.php?f=84&t=61479&p=679018#p679018
Note: batteries are 24V LiFePO4 models, but not Victron ones, without connected BMS.
Thanks for your help.

@play3000

There is a setting under battery settings that allows it to keep SOC from the last disconnect

Hi
Checked this week-end: the parameter was set to 100% at reconnection. So, I changed it and it looks to be fine now.
Thanks a lot

It's relatively new, so make sure your BMV is up to date.

Hi,

Thanks, I will check but I think it is alreayd in "Keep SOC". Let you know ASAP (probably no time to go to check installation today).
