Blue Smart Charger I can't see in app

I can't see my Blue Smart charger in the app I bought the device about 10 months ago and it was fine on my old phone but it is now broken when I open the app its not there all I see is my Battery Monitor. I have tried the Orange scan button but still not showing

If you are on android, check that your location services are on.

There are other troubleshooting steps in the manual.

Yes Location was on I tried the list earlier with no luck

I managed to do it

But is there a way to get the advertisement Key for Blue Smart Charger 24v /8

I can get it in the app now for the Battery Monitor but I don't see it for the charger

Hi,

Instant readout is not yet available for the Blue Smart Chargers.
