Error multiplus 24/3000/70

I have a problem multiplus 24/3000/70 all the lamps of the panel are on any solution

Hola tengo 2 inverter mulitiplus 24/3000/70 en paraleloque se ha parado ha venido el tecnico y con el ordenador no ha conseguido enlazar ni uno ni el otro el mastre enciende todos los leds a la vez y el esclavo no enciende ninguno los ha desmontado y enviado a un servicio tecnico y me han contestado que como tienen 6 años no los arreglan ni siquiera han hecho un diagnostico de la averia.Como puedo averiguar si tienen arreglo?
