Multiplus line in voltage

I have been having issues with my Multiplus. The line in voltage is less than the post voltage. The line in is 104-110v on multi. the post is 120. most of my ac devices still work, but my air conditioner doesn't like it. I have been in touch with Victron about a bench test, but don't want to take it off the boat if it is a setting issue

The multi is not capable of "changing" the voltage. I would be looking at the connections and wiring size, resistance through switches and disconnects or RCD's, ATS etc.
