Quattro 48v shutting down after a few seconds

In the past few days Our Quattro 48v has randomly shut down twice and when you try to restart it, the unit comes on and then shuts down after a few seconds.

We use a Cerbo GX with DVCC enabled and a Batrium BMS with Canbus connection. We don't run any ESS assistants, however both times it shut down I noticed the cerbo touchscreen display said ESS#4 at the bottom of the main page. Last time cutting the power to the cerbo cleared this message and the quattro restarted ok but today that trick is not working.

I am at a loss to what the problem is so any ideas from the community would be great. Many thanks

@Graeme W

ESS #4 battery has disabled discharge.

So there's potentially the reason for the system shutting down.

What is the DCL the battery is sending to the system at the time?
