Mon appli affiche toujours 0w alors que mon panneau est au soleil

Bonjour !

J’ai installé 1 régulateur smart solaire pour mes batteries lithium (2x200w) et mes 2 panneaux de 2x200 en 12v.

Mon appli affiche toujours 0w alors que les 2 panneaux sont au soleil. Par contre, l’appli affiche bien le voltage en fonction de l’ensoleillement, mais les batteries semblent ne pas charger alors que leur écran affichent chacune 94% de charge.

Le régulateur passe de « absorption » à « float » alors que l’appli affiche un historique permanent de 0w… je ne comprends pas le problème… pouvez vous m’aider ?

Voici ce que m’affiche l’application

Lorsque je branche mes panneaux, le regul affiche Bulk (comme affiché) et après il bascule en absoption pendant longtemps

pouvez vous afficher la courbe avec tension batterie. je pense que c'est le bms qui bloque car cela n'est pas normal d'avoir une tension batterie a 0V !

la batterie est a plus de 14V dans ?

quel sont les réglages batteries du mppt?

Sur l'écran de mes batteries, ça affiche 13,1 de tension et 94% de charge.
J'ai positionné la flèche en position 7 (batterie lithium) et je n'ai pas effectué d'autres réglages pour mes batteries, j'ai simplement connecté les batteries en premier au régulateur, puis branché les panneaux

il y a quelque chose qui n'est pas coherant, la tension panneau monte suffisamment haut, mais ce n'est pas normal que la tension batterie tombe si bas tout en montant régulièrement a 14.2.

soit le bms batterie coupe soit il y a un pb autre part.

la il faut que vous contactiez votre revendeur pour qu'il fasse une recherche approfondie du probleme.

il faut fournir photo, schéma de câblage avec les section et les différents paramètre, avec ça il devrait voir se qui ce passer et si vraiment c'est un pb de mppt ce que je doute, il ferra une demande de sav !
