I got multiplus 3x5kw in 3phase system and recently step on strange problem. SO when i turn for recuperator heating on then on that phase where it sits multiplus not charging anymore from grid but working only as inverter. Its just happens on phase where sit recuperator, if i move it to another phase problem is the same. It doesnt care if i put it on AC out or AC1 out, problem the same.
This is when recuperator sits on phase 2 with enabled heating.
And here is results when i turn it off
Recuperator not hiting RCBO so by idea it should be good, but i cant understand what multiplus dont like about it. Btw i got komfovent R400V
