ET112 is flashing green/orange

I've recently had a Victron system installed which is all up and running but not working. I was going to share the design for comment, but one thing I noticed before-hand is that the ET112 is flashing green/orange rather than just green

Is this normal or indicate some kind of issue?

I see communication (I believe) on the Cerbo-S GX side according to the lights flashing on the USB interface

That is normal meter operation when communicating.
