BlueSolar MPPT 75/15 charging, but app says 0A

As the title implies. The system seems to be charging. A clamp ammeter on the line from the controller to the battery says that 3.3A are flowing. However the app says that both the solar panel and battery lines are 0A.

I suppose that is better than the app saying that it is charging and it isn't actually doing so. However, the whole point of the app is to keep tabs on the system.

Anyone seen this behavior and/or have an idea how to correct it?

Probably a faulty unit. You will need to contact your dealer for warranty service.

The cause was ultimately found: the wiring loom inadvertently connected the battery and PV grounds together. That worked just fine with the previous controller that had high-side current sensing. The Victron unit has low-side current sensing and shorting the grounds together defeats the current sensing. A new wire was added and all is well.
