Multi rs solar + cerbo gx no inverter data on vrn

Hi

I just got a multi rs solar with a bsl battery and a cerbo gx

everything works fine except i don't see any the data from the inverter on the vrn.

Does anybody have any idea why i'm not getting the information on the vrn?

or is there some settings i have to adjust?

How is the Multi connected to the Cerbo?

It is a CAN product not a ve bus product. So just check the port it is in make sure it is the right one. And the can terminator is in the right place as well.

Have you tried another cable?

yeah i tried 3 different cables and it makes no difference
