Can not access configuration of TS 800

As the title suggest, i am unable to configure my TS 800. I just bought the unit used, so i have never before used it. Anyway, here's a screenshot of my problem, does anyone have any helpful idea?
The device is powered (with a 24v battery tho, looks like it expects a 12V system?) and the USB connection seems to be just fine, since it does get the actual values in the background.
